Q 1. What's the MOQ?
Usually, the MOQ is 500~2000 pcs. It depends on the different sizes, colours, materials and styles.
We also accept small order less than MOQ, please contact us, thanks !
Q2. What the materials you use for the bags ?
Usually, we use the main materials include polyester, nylon, canvas, leather, PU, PVC and high-tech new materials.
Q 3. Can you produce as per our customized designs?
Yes, we can produce the bags as per your customized sizes, colours, logos, styles.
Q 4. What's the delivery time ?
Usually, the production lead time is 25-55 days after order confirmed, but it may take longer or shorter time up to different order quantities, bag styles, workmanship and our production schedule.
Q 5. What's your sample policy?
1) Sample lead time: 3~10 days, It depends on many reasons like as materials, colours, workmanship and quantitiy.
2) Free samples can be sent to you by courier with freight collect. So, please inform us your courier account number when you ask a samle.
3) Paid samples are available as per your requirements and specifications, sample charge will be returned to you after you place an order.
Q 6. How you control the quality?
When order is confirmed, we will immediately order all materials. Then, control quality as per below process:
1) All raw materials will be inspected before entering our warehouse.
2) We will make a pre-production sample for your approval. Then, we will start bulk production as per the pre-production sample after you approve.
3) During bulk production in workshop, QC department sets up the system of following and inspection every order.
4) Every production line has special QC staffs to insepct semi-finished products, there are general QC staffs to inspect finished prouducts before shipment.
5) The third-party inspection is accepted.
